Celsee is looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for managing several processes within the finance department including month-end close, accounts payable, and expense reporting as the organization grows to the next level. This role will transform as the individual and the organization grows.
❯ Month-end close
- Reconcile key accounts
- Record monthly journal entries
- Assist with reporting
❯ Accounts Payable
- Enters all vendor invoices
- Research, resolve and communicate any discrepancies or outstanding balances on vendor accounts
- Manages monthly closing of AP records
- Maintains AP files and year-end files
❯ Expense reporting
- Manage the expense reporting process through Concur
- Processes expense reports
- Research, resolve and communicate policy discrepancies as needed
- Assist with reporting to management
❯ Perform any other related duties and assignments as required.

❯ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
❯ A minimum of two years’ experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
❯ Excellent communication skills
❯ Strong organizational, analytical and account reconciliation skills
❯ Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
❯ Ability to work with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization promptly and professionally
❯ Ability to work well in a team environment
